Date & Time

  • Operating hours: 08:00–17:00, any day of the week.
  • Weekends: Most rooms open on weekends, but a few are weekday-only — those are greyed out once you pick a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Equipment availability: Some equipment has additional operating restrictions (e.g., Monday–Thursday only). Please refer to the equipment notes before booking.
  • Eligible users: Postgraduate students and lecturers only.

Labs & Equipments

You can select more than one room within the same building. Equipment-based rooms (e.g. MDL 3) are shared: only the specific equipment you pick becomes unavailable. Room-only rooms (e.g. Cell Culture Room 1) are exclusive: booking one reserves the whole room, with no equipment to pick.
